Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect personal information from this website, your enquiries and your calls. Last updated 27 September 2026.
Who we are
This website is operated by ProBuild Plus Pty Ltd, trading as Pro-Build Plus (“we”, “us”), a commercial building remediation contractor in Victoria. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Contact us about privacy at support@probuildplus.com.au, on 1300 800 727, or at PO Box 3799, Ivanhoe VIC.
What we collect
- What you tell us. Your name, phone number, email address, company and role, the building's address or suburb, details of the building and your enquiry, and any documents you send.
- How you found us. The page you first landed on, the website that referred you, and advertising campaign details such as campaign tags and click identifiers. These are stored with your enquiry.
- How you use the site. Pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and how you interact with pages. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies by the tools listed below.
- Calls. Calls to the numbers on this website may be recorded, and an announcement tells you when they are. We keep a log of the calling number and the time of the call.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits and prepare proposals.
- To deliver and document our services, and to keep business records.
- To contact you about your enquiry, including follow-up messages about it.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To measure which advertising leads to enquiries, so we spend less on advertising that does not help people find us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Tools and service providers
We use these providers to run the website and our enquiry system. They handle information on our behalf.
- Netlify hosts this website and receives enquiry form submissions.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) is our customer relationship system. It stores enquiries, sends our emails and text messages, and records calls to our website numbers.
- Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads measure how the site is used and which ads lead to enquiries. When you send an enquiry, your email address and phone number may be shared with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form so Google can match the enquiry to an ad click. This is called enhanced conversions.
- Microsoft Clarity records anonymised sessions and heatmaps showing how visitors move through pages, so we can find what is hard to use. What you type into our forms is masked and not recorded.
Cookies and your choices
The tools above use cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also control how Google uses data for ads at adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and read how Microsoft handles Clarity data in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Information stored overseas
Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We use established providers and take reasonable steps to make sure they protect personal information.
Security and how long we keep it
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry and project records for as long as we need them for our business and to meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting us using the details above. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
