02, What we do, and what we don't
One discipline, done completely.
Specialists, not generalist builders.
Pro-Build Plus works only on façade remediation. We hold an unlimited commercial building registration obtained specifically for cladding remediation work, and in over 12 years we have not delivered a single project outside that scope. When the work is this regulated, breadth is a warning sign. Depth is the asset.
We do not take on general building work, and we do not work outside Victoria. Every project we take is a remediation, documented to the standard a regulator would expect.
Compliance audits
Invasive sampling, laboratory identification, a statutory compliance report and a panel-by-panel materials register.
Combustible cladding removal
ACP and EPS removed from occupied buildings in staged programs, with every panel tracked to disposal.
Façade replacement
Certified non-combustible systems under one design and construct contract, like-for-look where you want it.
NCC Performance Solutions
Engineering-evidenced compliance pathways that can retain the compliant parts of an existing façade.
Concrete spalling repairs
Investigation, engineered repair and protective coatings, programmed with façade works where it saves a second access system.
Notices, orders and Rectification Orders
A senior specialist on site within 48 hours to scope the fix behind a building notice, building order or BPC Rectification Order.
03, How we work
Five stages, one accountable team.
Every project runs the same sequence, whatever the size of the wall. You know where the work is up to at every stage, and every stage leaves a record.
Assess
Façade assessment and invasive auditing. We open the wall at representative locations, identify the materials in a laboratory and map every elevation.
Materials registerDocument
Design and documentation to the compliance pathway agreed with your building surveyor and fire engineer: Deemed-to-Satisfy where the prescriptive provisions fit, a Performance Solution where they don't.
Compliance pathwayRemove
Staged removal of non-compliant ACP and façade systems, with the building held weathertight and every panel tracked through to disposal.
Removal recordReplace
Installation of certified, tested non-combustible systems, with every panel, fixing and cavity barrier recorded as installed.
Panel-by-panel QACertify
Certification by the relevant building surveyor, handed over with the audit trail, as-built documentation and warranties.

Components tested for combustibility to AS 1530.1, engineered to the NCC compliance pathway agreed with your building surveyor.
Audit trail
Panel-by-panel records of what came off, what went on, where it went and who inspected it.
Certification
Issued by the relevant building surveyor, with fire-engineering evidence where a Performance Solution is used.
Warranties
Manufacturer product and system warranties, plus our workmanship warranty, handed over in the certification package.

Pro-Build Plus has collaborated with the former Cladding Safety Victoria, City of Melbourne, Microsoft, Melbourne Water, JMA Architects and Monash University on façade remediation and compliance projects across the state.
These are clients who audit their contractors as rigorously as their buildings. Several operate security-sensitive environments, so full scopes and close-out records are shared privately, and references are arranged directly with the client whose project is closest to yours.
